Because many of our items are oversized, heavy, antique, or require specialized handling, final shipping costs may vary based on delivery location, access requirements, and current carrier rates.
After your order is placed, our team will review the shipment details. You will be contacted directly if the actual shipping cost differs from the amount provided at checkout.
If the final shipping cost exceeds the quoted estimate, you will have the opportunity to approve the revised amount or cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipment.
Third-Party Carriers
We work with trusted third-party shipping partners, including freight and white glove delivery services, to ensure safe and professional handling of our furnishings. Delivery timelines vary depending on the item and destination, and estimated transit times will be provided once arrangements are confirmed.
Please note that once an item has been released to the carrier, Patina Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always assist in facilitating communication and resolution should any issues arise.
Delivery Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring that items will fit through doorways, stairwells, elevators, and into the intended space prior to purchase. If special delivery conditions apply, such as limited access, stairs, or narrow entryways, please notify us in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.
