Karen Abell inherited her reverence for beauty and craftsmanship from her great-grandfather, a master glassblower from Alsace. With a discerning eye for pieces that possess a certain je ne sais quoi, her vision for Patina Collection was shaped by years of travel—wandering the grand flea markets of Paris, exploring weekend brocantes across the French countryside, and falling in love with the art and architecture of Italy.
Her passion for design took root through both education and experience. Initially expressed through a successful career in real estate, Karen’s innate sense of style and connection to her clients soon evolved beyond property. After being repeatedly asked to help furnish the homes she sold, a new calling emerged: curating timeless interiors and creating inspired, beautiful lifestyles.
Guided by a lifelong appreciation for history, architecture, and art, Karen brings depth, elegance, and soul to everything she touches. Patina Collection is the natural extension of her journey—a reflection of her eye, her intuition, and her unwavering love for stories told through design.

Brenda Prazares
Store Manager & Sales Specialist
Brenda’s impeccable organization and expertise in inventory management make her an invaluable part of the Patina Collection team. Her dedication and drive were evident early on, as she became an assistant manager at just 17 years old in previous roles.
Born in Brazil and raised in Naples, Brenda seamlessly blends her vibrant Brazilian roots with her love for life on the Florida Coast. Her connection to history and culture shines through in her work, helping to create a shopping experience as unique as the pieces themselves.
Outside of work, you’ll often find her soaking up sun at the beach, spending time with her family, or doting on her beloved dogs.
Robyn Washer
Sales & Merchandising Lead
Robyn brings a vibrant energy, sharp merchandising eye, and natural talent for connecting with people to her role at Patina Collection. Originally from Chicago, she has spent her career immersed in design-forward environments where creativity and client experience matter.
With a background spanning antiques, sales and interior styling, Robyn has a strong instinct for how pieces work together to tell a story. She takes pride in keeping the showroom visually engaging, ensuring the store always feels inspiring.
Known for her positive and friendly attitude, whether assisting longtime collectors or first-time visitors, she enjoys helping clients feel comfortable, confidant and excited about their purchase. Her approachable demeanor and deep product knowledge, makes the buying experience both enjoyable and memorable.
Cali Huffman
Creative Director
Cali brings her passion for design, storytelling, and all things vintage to her role at Patina Collection. Born in West Palm Beach, Cali attended art school for both high school and college to hone her skills in graphic design.
She moved to Austin, TX where she thrived in the dynamic entrepreneurial scene as a Creative Director. She later oversaw design and operations for an accessories brand.
Outside of Patina, Cali enjoys road trips with her rescue dog, Lady, discovering new restaurants, and diving into home décor projects. Whether she’s crafting stunning visuals or connecting with customers, Cali brings a fresh, creative perspective to everything she does.
Jane Boaz
Sales Specialist
Jane, originally from Ohio, has called Naples home for the last 16 years. As a sales associate at Patina Collection, she enjoys helping customers find pieces that feel personal, timeless and well suited to their homes.
Before moving to Florida, Jane worked in the legal field. That experience shaped her attention to detail, organization, and client-focused approach.
After settling in Naples, Jane gravitated toward the home and design world, working with respected kitchen and design showrooms.
Today, Jane brings her diverse background, eye for design, and approachable style to Patina Collection. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Naples culinary scene, spending time outdoors, and meeting new people in the community.
Emily Bonetti
Social Media Marketing
Emily brings a thoughtful, story-driven approach to the digital storytelling and brand presence at Patina Collection. Born in Italy, she developed an early appreciation for history, texture and the beauty of patina. An influence that continues to shape her creative perspective.
After moving to Florida, Emily built a career in content creation and marketing, understanding how to create content that feels both aspirational and authentic.
Emily also owns a charcuterie and catering company, as well as a wedding content creation business. She also loves sourcing unique pieces for her home, often inspired by Patina Collection aesthetic. Whether she's crafting content or curating details, Emily's work is rooted in storytelling, connection and love for beautifully collected spaces.
